Beth has spent 25 years in the education space specializing in the acquisition, development, marketing and deployment of high quality educational content and courseware. Beth has served in leadership positions in marketing and editorial at Macmillan, Pearson, McGraw-Hill in the higher ed space as well as partnership development for Triumph Learning in K-12.
Her substantial knowledge of customer insight and market development, her significant experience developing, testing and launching digital learning materials and her insatiable curiosity to be a part of what comes next in digital teaching and learning led her to start EyeLevel Educational Consulting in 2014.
James Headley, Founding Principal
James Headley has more than two decades of experience in business development, marketing, and management in the higher education space. James’s primary area of focus is in building and/or restructuring sales teams, including talent evaluation, territory analysis, CRM/systems integration, training, and coaching. His experience ranges from publishing sales efforts at the faculty level to enterprise sales at the president/provost level. James' had held leadership positions at CQ Press (now Sage), Macmillan, McGraw-Hill, Smart Sparrow and Academic Partnerships.
James’ significant business development experience, his knowledge of the enabler space, and expertise in ROW growth strategies provides EyeLevel Educational Consulting with exceptional institutional knowledge and go-to-market strategies for large scale sales and institutional partnerships.
Allison McNamara, Director- Customer Relations
Allsion McNamara has a deep background in content acquisition and development for both print and digital learning materials. Having led the content development efforts for dozens of general education course materials at Pearson and McGraw-Hill, Allison specializes in instructional design, digital course development, and market development.
Karen Soeltz, Director-Customer Relations
Karen Soeltz is all about marketing. As the VP of Marketing for Bedford/St. Martin's Karen has spent nearly two decades building and deploying marketing campaigns. She has a deep understanding of the sales process, the sales rep, and winning business. Karen specializes in marketing strategies and market development.
